Welcome to Elemental an innovative digital dispute resolution service offered by Complete Mediation. A simple and efficient tool which can be used at any time in a disputed claim. Brilliant if you’re up against a P36, heading to trial and don’t know what to do next. Suitable for a multitude of case types and easy to utilise.
It follows three simple stages to resolution, following on from a confidential offer being made. First offers are reviewed by the mediator and individual feedback is received, confidentially, to each party. Parties then make a second confidential offer, the mediator reviews and speaks to both parties. The Mediator then invites the parties to make the third and final offer.
Parties should look at the Timeline document first, before completing the Registration Form and submitting it to us.
