Whilst a Clerk at both India and St Johns Buildings Chambers my primary focus and responsibility was to ensure the smooth service to Solicitor clients on a day to day basis in accordance with our documented procedures. My role also encompassed practice development with Barristers by way of yearly review meetings to ensure everyone was heading in the direction they wanted to career wise and also to air any complaints that had arisen from Solicitor clients that year regarding the Barrister service they received. This role helped me to develop my conflict resolution skills.
In 2015 I left St Johns Buildings to set up Complete Counsel, Complete Mediation and to run our education brand Pro-VIDE Law with Charles Feeny (Barrister). Charles and I shared a mutual desire to develop complimentary brands in an ever changing legal marketplace. My principal focus is running the practice and ensuring we deliver a professional, high quality, efficient service at all times.
Complete Counsel manages the diary and booking services for Complete Mediation. We are currently undergoing ISO 90001 accreditation for both companies.
I completed my mediation training with Cedr in August 2016.
